We always knew that this was going to be a fun filled after Sam & Holly’s pre shoot and boy this wedding didnt disappoint

West Tower is such a fantastic wedding venue and we have been photographing west tower weddings pretty much for the last 20 years but its the sort of place that you never get bored shooting at, it always offers you something different everytime we visit.

Sam & Holly wanted their wedding THEIR way but also wanted to include Sam’s Chinese heritage, their faith and their love of all things coffee… and they managed to achieve this perfectly as you can see from these photographs. One of our fave images has the wedding party serving coffee at Postcode Coffee in Todays Community Church.

This day was also all about their friends & family with close friends performing the ceremony and a first for us, a Chinese tea ceremony, where family members where honoured & thanked in a touching ceremony.

Sam & Holly are just the nicest people to be around and so are their family & freinds, their wedding was everything they wanted and much more…. it was a wedding where modern met traditional with a backdrop of love & laughter. Perfect x

We Instantly had a good connection, their work is amazing!!! 

As summer is quickly fading away memories turn to an beautiful summers day for Jessica & Rob’s amazing wedding at the stunning Knowsley Hall, now stunning is a word used many times on blogs but in the case of Knowsley Hall then the word stunning really fits and we are so honoured that they chose Stanbury Photography as their Knowsley Hall Wedding Photographers. Jane grabbed a few shots of Jess at the hairdressers and then back at the family home (random fact, they keep ostriches) where Jess put on her beautiful Mori-Lee Bridal gown. I met Rob at the Church in Halsall and as guests arrived there was a really good atmosphere, this was going to be a great day. As I said there a few wedding venues more stunning than Knowsley Hall and its impressive front & gardens that make the most perfect backdrop for the photographs and as a Knowsley Hall wedding photographer the light indoors is just perfect and made for some of our favourite shots of the day. Rob & Jessica’s favourite part of the day was their first dance as Husband & Wife then the evening really got going with DJ Jeff Wood getting the party started and the dance floor never emptied. What a perfect end at a perfect venue for a perfect wedding on a perfect day. Then it was off to the Maldives & Dubai for their honeymoon…. Well why not. One of the joys of being a Wedding Photographer is I am blessed to meet some wonderful people in this industry & Laura is one of these people. Laura for years has organised weddings and it was a privilege to capture all the fun & love at her wedding. Our coverage started when a rather calm Groom Stuart arrived at Briars Hall with his Bestman & family but when he saw Laura for the first time a few tears were shed. Laura looked radiant and enjoyed for once being the bride and as she has done for countless others the day ran like clockwork, even the weather was on our side with a lovely sunny day. Great speeches ended our coverage of a fabulous wedding and it was great to see Stuart & Laura laughing with their families & friends, south a wonderful day for a wonderful couple Thanks again to Stuart & Laura for their fab hospitality and allowing us to be their Briars Hall Wedding Photographer.
